This game has gotten bad. Even though they have updated their graphics it conveniently makes the game freeze and kick you out AFTER they have taken your tokens! And the token count is never correct anymore. Going to delete and find something new to play.

I had over two million tokens last nite when I stop playing the triple seven game. Now this morning I only has forty-eight thousand. What kind of crap is this. Thats why I dont spend my money on this stuff. U should be ashamed. Its just a game!

I have played Video Bingo through many updates. This used to be fun to play because you could actually win. Sometimes even double or triple bingo. However, since the last update you rarely get bingo. That is because the game is FIXED big time. There is nothing random or fair about the cards you receive and the numbers called. I have received the same cards and the results have been memorized. It is easy to remember you are being cheated. When every number under the row "G" was called, except three in the whole row..... and you guessed it!! I was playing three cards and did not get bingo. I had one on each card that was not called. This was no COINCIDENCE, it is a rip off. This game did not deserve two stars. I gave it an extra star for remembering when you could win and the game was honest. Shame on you GSN for taking advantage of your loyal players who used to come back everyday. Your main GOAL is to empty our pockets. Now you made the screens so small that you cant even read them. UPDATE: There is nothing spontaneous about about the numbers called. This game is programmed to rip you off. The numbers are planned and predetermined before you even start to play. This is not a game of chance, its unfairly set-up to get you very close to winning so that you continue to play. This is a fraudulent scam. When I made a compliment the lady said to me, "Sometimes you are on a winning streak and sometimes you are on a losing streak!" With no apology or any attempt to refund my lost tokens. The dishonesty is worse than pathetic. If everyone reported them to Apple, perhaps things would change. I know after this HONEST review what kind of a streak I will always be on. But, they dont care about anything else except lining their pockets. There are other Bingo games. UPDATE: I JUST WON OVER $300,000 BY WINNING A TRIPLE BINGO. HOWEVER, I DID NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING. DO NOT GET HOOKED ON THIS GAME (VIDEO BINGO) BECAUSE SOONER OR LATER YOU TOO WILL GET RIPPED OFF. I KNOW THAT I HAVE HAD MY SHARE OF THIS CHEATING!! BEWARE!!!

Game constantly crashed on my old iPad. Customer supports only answer was always to reinstall the game. Now I have a new iPad and the game will not display my daily challenges or the months of challenge credits I have saved up. Contacted customer support and their answer is it takes 30 days for challenges to show up on new devices. WHY? The game use to be much better but now they keep adding new games that are exactly the same. Half of the games are exactly the same with different pictures. I like the original version much better and hate all of the new games.
