Blocked from daily challenges on my new device.

Game constantly crashed on my old iPad. Customer supports only answer was always to reinstall the game. Now I have a new iPad and the game will not display my daily challenges or the months of challenge credits I have saved up. Contacted customer support and their answer is it takes 30 days for challenges to show up on new devices. WHY? The game use to be much better but now they keep adding new games that are exactly the same. Half of the games are exactly the same with different pictures. I like the original version much better and hate all of the new games.
