Token bonus days do not always give u the extra tokens. I reported this issue a few times & no one will ever get back to me. I agree with other reviews not paying out and tokens disappearing out of ur credit. No contact phone number ? Need to have a contact phone #. The game is very addicting.

I purchased 2 sets of the 4.99 bundles of cash and received NOTHING. It took my money from my I tunes account but no money registered for bingo . Help. Help Sharon ALSO I was gipped out of 20000 points in the Video bingo game. Im not a big winner at this game, so I cannot afford this. As you can see with all the tokens I purchase. Help

Im NOT playing anymore! Played 50 bingos and did not receive prize! Got to the 300 plays with Millionaire and everything froze! All this after someone gave me a $15 I-tunes card and I started buying a few coins. And.. what happened to the 5000 freebies? I am done!!!!!

I love the variety of games and play every day but the daily bonuses need to be higher, the token packages for sale need to give you more tokens for your money. The video bingo game has not updated on the app since September. I didnt get the zombis for Halloween or the treasure map for November. The games keep getting harder & harder to win. The progressive jackpot on 7s & stripes needs to be higher if your betting 100000 & Wheel of Fortune Ultra Edition needs to be put on the app.

The bingo game sucks it took over 2 mill from me it froze they never gave me my tokens back

Shady way of doing business. Purchase a $4.99 coin pack... Enter your password for purchase. Next step: they ask, Do you want to buy a $4.99 coin bundle for $6.99.. WTH??? Quick fingers that click yes without reading will be surprised. Other than that, game is mostly slots with a few bingo games that are difficult to win. Played $5k slots with 425,000. At 5k each hit, lost everything in about 10 minutes. I guess the odds are realistic!
