This is the best slots game in terms of graphics, sound , and the feeling of really being in Las Vegas. It is a lot of fun to play. However, as much as I love playing these games. I am equally frustrated from losing ALL THE TIME. Even if somehow you manage to build up your tokens, it WILL take them ALL back. I had over 892 million tokens. Then the game will suddenly turn on you if you are winning too much and it will take everything and you have to start over from nothing again. I have spent hundreds of dollars on tokens but I will never buy them again. Because what i learned, is that if you buy tokens, it suddenly starts taking them more often. They must flag your account as a "sucker" if you buy tokens so you will lose, lose, lose. I think the customer support staff is AWESOME!!! I cannot rate the staff high enough. I would give customer support 10 stars if it would let me. If I ever have a problem and contact them, they always fix it. I wish they would loosen up the slots because losing and losing and losing is just no fun. That just gets stressful. This is not Las Vegas, these are just fake coins, so the owners of this game should loosen the slots let people win more and just have fun. Overall (with The exception of losing all the time), I think this game is awesome. I am updating my review above as of April, 2016. I AM SICK TO DEATH OF LOSING!!LOSING!! And did I say LOSING?!!! I am sure they must have my account flagged as a "sucker" who will purchase coins. NOT ANY MORE!!! I am not spending another red cent just to lose. THIS GAME IS ABSOLUTELY ZERO FUN ANYMORE BECAUSE ONCE THEY FLAG YOUR ACCOUNT TO LOSE ALL THE TIME, THERE IS NO FUN LEFT IN THE GAME, They do not even let me watch videos anymore for free coins. They just keep putting up fake "sales" with ridiculously LOW AMOUNTS OF COINS FOR EXORBITANT PRICES!!! I have bought over $150.00 in fake coins with my REAL MONEY, at one time only to lose it in minutes. LAS VEGAS HAS BETTER ODDS IN THEIR CASINOS. Next time I want to gamble, I will drive over to Las Vegas since it is not far away from my house. GSN is not going to get any more of my money unless they LOOSEN UP THEIR SLOTS. I am so done spending money on this con game!!!!!!

Time for me to get rid of this APP. Slot at casino pays will give back!!! Not this game especially when it gives 800% or any percent back. Unbelievable !!! I use to like now it amazing how it sets to not pay!!! Good job GSN!!! You will miss my purchases!!!!! I never see my reviews so why ask? Adding that it do not let ad tokens then forces you to purchase higher amount. Load the tokens Ive purchased and stop with the games please. 4/21/16. Dont fall for the 9.99 lucky purchase. Its a rip off. Sucker you into that purchase to get less.

For several weeks now I have not been able to get my app to load. I dont want to delete and lose my 6 Mil + coins, points, whatever you call them. Can you please fix this bug? Thank you.

For the most part I think its a great game but lately it seems really hard to win. I love playing the challenges but you can hardly get what you need to finish it. This is especially true in the buffalo game it used to be my favorite but you rarely get the free spins or wild and I usually lose most of my coins trying to complete the challenge. Just lost600000coins trying to finish a challenge . Done playing this game. You went from being a five star to zero game will be deleted.

Your games take to long to load its the worst games I never got to play Im deleting it nice try like all other games nothings free but at least you get to play longer they give you way more tokens

Its amazing ... when I spend more money on this app, the worse the payouts get. Im done. I will only play when given free tokens. Maybe not because Im so mad. Boring and not enough chips to play

Love it. I play wheel of fortune and deal or no deal a lot. My faves so far are jackpot boogie and American buffalo slots. As with some of the other players, I would like more wins and we do lose tokens when we log out and back in.
